  • I have trained with Josh in Sedro Woolley for about 10 months and I have been very happy with the results! What I like most about my personal training from him is that I have a workout I could NEVER do at home, in a safe and effective way. Josh is also very tuned in to injury and recovery. When I first started training with him, I had sore knees and he has asked me every time we met how things were going. He helped me with stretches and exercises to strengthen my knees and now they feel great! I highly recommend Josh as a personal trainer!
